Terrible customer service. My 13 year old received the wrong colour extensions that she had saved up for 2 months to afford, both she and I messaged on tiktok shop for refund which were ignored so went to lakeside and were told we had to ask manager for exchange as a price of cardboard was missing from the packaging that wasn't there to begin with. Email was ignored so I filled out the contact form on the online contact us page. Surprise surprise still no answer so are now stuck with a totally wasted set of extensions. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!

Honestly if I could give zero stars i would. Worst customer service iv ever come across for one. Iv had 2 replies in space of a week. I never even got my extensions. Been lost in transit apparently. Got them to treat myself and for an event but never even turned up. We are now 11 days overdue after advertising express shipping and no refund or anything has been offered. Iv had to go to amazon get them to send an email to send as proof to riri extensions that iv not received my parcel. I'll make sure my friends and fsmily don't use you as a business. Horrendous! Sort it out seriously. Only bothered about money and not.valuing their customers. Joke of a company.

Absolutely amazing! Tasha spend so much quality time with me explaining absolutely everything! Making sure I was happy with the hair the match and I couldn’t fault it! Went in the shop as I see a lady having a fitting. Tasha came and helped me. She was fab! Very informative and knowledgeable of all of the products and what would suit me best? She tried three different products on me for me to see and how to correctly use them. I brought a section of hair and the special offer of the brush and hair clip. Tasha kindly fitted them for me! They look and feel amazing! Thank you so much Tasha!

I ordered on the 1st and I was told I would get express delivery. I am super disappointed that my order was cancelled due to shipping delays. If you know this is an issue why do you lie and say the order will arrive in 1-2 working days. Very disappointed

Absolutely shocking told different things by so many people on tik tok msg and lives they sell you it happily then when you have a question or issue you get ignored and they are rude asked for colour match and sent pics of my hair they said they were OK only to then ignore me and send .e some random colour when I asked why they dispatched without msging me they just ignored me so rude never again.
