Three years ago we first encountered the shop and since than have returned every time we are in the UK. 2021 we came directly from the airport having just arrived and the owner was so considerate as to take care of our luggage so that we could not only browse through his incredible assortment of fabrics but also in the neighboring shops! I found wonderful fabrics for my wedding dress and didn’t even have to carry all the stuff as it was send within 4 days!
It was a wonderful relaxt shopping experience and the assistance from the employees was outstanding. Thank you very much!

Absolutely disgraful experience in this shop. I have been visiting this shop for many years. However today I went in intending to exchange some clothes. The old lady working at the shop spoke very rudely and disrespectfully. I was hugely disappointed and very dissatisfied with her behaviour. I'm going to report her. I would recommend do not visit them. When purchasing they promise you verbally we will exchange if you don't like the product, but in reality they are just there to take your money and degrade you.

I took my daughter to get some fabric and off cuts as she got a sewing machine for Christmas and wants to practice. They where very kind, helpful and informative. I think they have a great selection of fabrics. This is our go to shop from now on. Thanks!

I live in France but not in a city so material shops dont have as good a choice as UK so i buy from mid tex. Lovely selection and exelent customer service.
