Awful service and hair cut. The whole time I wad there the 2 hairdressers were discussing there personal lives really was not pleasant to hear. As a paying customer I was just there listening and really I felt I was unimportant although i am paying for a service I feel I did not receive. Sylvia please pay more attention to your clients rather than talking about your private life in front of customers. Please ask how we want our hair cut rather than you just cut it and say I think that looks better, wow not your choice appalling customer service hence no tip from me. Understand way on a Friday afternoon I was the only customer.

The best and affordable hair dressers in Basildon .I would highly recommend Kim she knows her stuffs best stylist in town .Wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere anymore.She only recommends the best and not like other places they want you to take the expensive service even if you don’t need them .

Awful place , the service is so poor they don't even deserve one star. I am undergoing cancer treatment so I wanted to cut my hair a bit shorter ,I went with a picture and I left looking like a Catholic monk...the lady that cut my hair asked 5 times to see the picture and in the end my haircut had nothing to do with what I showed her ,I had to go to another hair dresser to try to make it look a bit better but I ended up with such short hair that I can not do anything now. I left in tears and been in tears from that on ...I had to spend money to buy a wig as I feel this will be the only thing to help me feel better. Avoid !!!!!!!

I recently had a bad haircut from another salon, but Sylvia saved me. With all her knowledge and experiences, she made it an awesome job that’s my hair looks so beautiful . When I was first explaining how to do my hair, she really understood what i want, she read my mind and had done exactly what i had it in my thoughts. My all anxiety turned up to pure happiness. There is one stylist there called sylvia and she is the nicest and most genuine hair stylist they have there, I always have my hair done there by Sylvia and it always looks amazing. I also get my eyelashes and eyebrows done there too normally on the same day as my hair. Although my last appointment wasn’t the best I had a different stylist and she left my hair patchy and uneven. The owner is very polite and friendly and has always offered me a drink. other than my last appointment I would highly recommend going there to have your hair done especially by Sylvia.
