Wonderful experience. I went for a 4D scan. Unfortunately my baby boy wasn’t playing ball to begin with so I got sent out for a little walk round the waiting room and to do some wiggles to get him moving. Came back in and success! The staff were perfect both sonographer and assistant cheered and even jumped with joy when we got our first good photo of his face. Beautiful atmosphere and really reassuring and friendly staff. Could not recommend enough.

I personally am not satisfied with the services provided. I had an early scan and an early blood gender reveal appointment scheduled. The scan felt very rushed, and the atmosphere was quite dull. It’s important to note that for expectant mothers, the tone and atmosphere during the ultrasound are crucial. I was not happy with the attitude of the sonographer. (The gentleman at reception and the nurse were nice.)
The pregnancy was measured to be a few days smaller, and I was advised to return in 7 days for the blood test. However, I was later called and informed that they had issues and canceled it. They didn’t even attempt to reschedule. It was a disappointing experience. I will not be using your services again.

Lovely staff and service. Although only 15 minute appointments, we didn't feel rushed at all and plenty of time to explain everything. Great that they allow children. Great upgrade options. HD live looked amazing and lovely selection of heartbeat bears!

Couldn’t recommend enough, very relaxed environment and stress free even with a baby that wasn’t playing ball!

The team encouraged us to go for a walk, grab a drink and chocolates to try and encourage a better position for pictures.
