Today I had 70 flat nanos fitted by Dan. An exceptionally lovely man who is extremely knowledgeable about his business. I usually find small talk very awkward but he made me feel very comfortable and at home. The hair is excellent quality and all aftercare was explained fully. In June last year (2021) I contacted Sally at Glitz and Glam with an urgent request for a wig for my Mom who had just lost her hair through chemotherapy. My sister had just informed us that she was getting married whilst we were all away on a family holiday, and Mom was keen to have hair for the big day. We were due to go away on the Friday and I contacted Sally on the Monday when we found out about the wedding. She was amazing. I sent over photos of how Moms hair was before her chemo and she recommended a wig which she felt would be a good match. She arranged for it to be sent first class to me the same day, and it arrived the next day. She had left a lovely note inside the box and called me to make sure it had arrived and to give me some advice on wig care etc. The wig was absolutely perfect. Mom looked so beautiful and she was able to enjoy my sisters wedding without feeling self conscious. Sadly Mom lost her battle with cancer in August, so we have donated the stunning wig to a local Cancer support centre in the hope that someone else suffering from this awful disease will benefit from such a stunning wig. I will forever be greatful to Sally for the kindness she showed and the way in which she went above and beyond to help us. She will never know what that meant to Mom and how much of an impact this small act of kindness had on my family and I. I would 100% recommend Glitz and Glam to absolutely anyone who asks about wigs and hair pieces. Sally is an angel xx

From initial contact (visiting the store) the Glitz and Glam were amazing everyone was so friendly and helpful after compromising between each other ,as my hair is an awkward colour, they matched one of their samples with my hair and ordered that for me. The item didn't arrive until a week after expected date and very delayed communication. I received the item and was a complete opposite colour to my hair so on the day a family member called the store to see what they would do and said they would do a correct colour exchange and to send the colour difference photo to their facebook page,so i did. This was a week ago they seen my message and never replied i then sent a follow up message and still no reply. I am a very understanding person and know that things can be hard in a small business but communication is all I am asking for. Not sure I would use this company again..

Dont spend your money here, when i initially went for the consultation everything seemed perfect so i booked to have full hair system, the hair colour wasnt what i wanted so i had to keep having toners, after a few visits and already had my money they didnt seem interested
