Visited for a C&C, fast service, friendly staff. However the experience was somewhat soured when I turned to leave and was faced with what can only be described as the most sight offensive VW Touran parked directly outside the store. Certainly not something you want to have tarnishing the front of your premises

I rarely get excellent service when an employee goes above and beyond. I returned a football today which would not inflate properly and could not find my receipt.

Molly was excellent, she tracked down my order and exchanged the football with an alternative. She then proceeded to inflate the England football which put a big smile on my boys face, meaning he could play with it when we got home before the England game. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The store was busy but she went above and beyond. Manager in the making 👍🏼

Argos is what it is as it has everything you can imagine order online or go to the store
I bought this within 10 minutes of going in and out.
Staff is super friendly and efficient.

Ordered a fridge freezer, set up a delivery date. The delivery date comes and we are told the driver will be with us in 20 minutes. We went outside to look and saw a van struggling to get down the street, the van then went past our house and we were called by Argos to say the driver couldn't deliver the fridge freezer as they couldn't park. They wouldn't have been able to park on any street with the size of the van they used. They could have just blocked the street for 5 minutes and unloaded the product.
Argos then provided delivery dates over a week later than planned which isn't helpful when you've already waited a week for a fridge freezer.
Refund will take 3-5 days which is still not helpful.
