Room was very modern and clean. hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Only a 7 min walk to Farringdon which was very well located to catch the Elizabeth line to Heathrow and a 4 min walk to Barbican if you want to take the underground to the city. I would suggest anyone to consider this hotel as it was reasonably priced as well.

A pretty neighbourhood and access to the hotel was easy. There's a supermarket nearby. Sini was so nice and she gave us an upgrade. The room was lovely and comfortable but I found an earplug that belongs to someone who previously stayed by the bed. Also, the bedsheet had many lint balls which didn't feel nice on my skin. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I slept very well. I recommend staying here!

Fine. Clean room and they gave us a free upgrade to an apartment which was even better with a little kitchenette.

Service disappointing. Only one bottle of water in the room for two people. I went down to reception asking for another as we finished it and they said they donโ€™t sell water and we should use the water fountain in the gym. We just wanted bottled water from a tap which shouldnโ€™t be difficult!

A great stay at the Citadines Barbican Apart'hotel.
The location was good, close to Barbican tube station, which is convenient for accessing all areas of central London fairly easily. There were a couple of restaurants close by that looked great and were very busy, but unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to try them out. Tesco Express was just up the road for essential items.
Service and staff were brilliant, made to feel welcome from arrival until departure, and received a special gift to help celebrate my husband's birthday.
Our room was a good size, very quiet, clean and great facilities. We were on the top floor, as I had requested, and had a glimpse over the roof tops to the gherkin and other impressive buildings.
It was a great stay, and I would definitely return on a future visit to London.

Nice apart hotel with large and clean rooms. Hotel is very close to Barbican station but if you need a lift you should check out from Farrington, still very close to reach to the hotel. We loved the location of this hotel, you can reach to everywhere and the neighborhood is decent. Definitely a value for money choice.

We stayed 3 nights at the end of August in one of the studio rooms. The location was great with easy connections on the underground. Having a kitchenette was a real plus. Th ebed was firm but comfortable. The air-conditioning was amazing on a hot day. The design was modern and clean and the flooring in the bathroom was an old-timey map of London. Our room had doors between the hallway and the bedroom which kept hallway light and noise to absolute minimum. ||The only downsides I had with the room. 1. The water pressure on the 7th floor was not great. It took a lot of effort to rinse the shampoo out. 2. If you use the cooktop, the ventilation hood did not extract enough cooking smells. We had bacon, and the room sort of had a bacon smell the rest of the weekend even with the extractor hood on full blast. You can not air out the room via the window because it only opened a crack. ||If you are not cooking on the stove top or need much water pressure for cleaning your hair, it is a near perfect stay.
