Do not hesitate to book this place! Elena is hands down THE BEST hairdresser you will ever find.

From my initial colour consultation I knew I was in safe hands. Elena thoroughly explained colours that would work for my skin tone, and more importantly she took note of how I care for my hair to see if the colour maintenance was realistic for me. I felt really involved as all the techniques were explained to me without jargon. Her passion really shows in her work & I trusted her entirely! Needless to say I was BLOWN AWAY with the finished result, the pictures don’t do the colour justice but the shine was incredible!

My haircut was just as good as the colouring, especially the split end management. I particularly liked that the front layers were cut based on how I wear my hair up, which I thought was really considerate.

Overall the service is excellent, but Elena really makes this place special. If you want an incredible cut and colour, an awesome head and neck massage, all whilst having a good laugh then book this place & ask for Elena. She really goes above and beyond for her clients in a way I have never experienced. Book now, you won’t regret it!

Whilst I appreciate the salon was short staffed the service I received was not the relaxing salon experience I had hoped. An alternative stylist took care of my cut and blow dry as the original was off sick. I received no consultation and was sent straight to be washed - by a junior from another salon who was helping out - I was left with a soaking wet back . The was was carried out upstairs so we had to take the shampoo etc up with us . After the wash and being bought back downstairs yhe stylist asked what I wanted (I asked for an inch off as it hasn’t been cut for a long time) and proceeded to do just that - no recommendations or acknowledgment of any layers already in existence . I was asked how I wanted it finished - I asked for some waves - I received a blow dry with a round brush and was told I’ve tried to put some waves in but it’s all one length so it hasn’t really worked . The stylist then moved swiftly to the other clients in the salon so there wasn’t any option for any further assistance …. I wasn’t offered a hot drink during the hour and half I was there and the atmosphere was lacking (no music etc) . I appreciate the level of short staff that cannot be avoided - but I’d rather have cancelled and gone elsewhere . I’m left with a trim at best
