I showed her a picture of what braids i wanted and they came out looking even better then the one on the photo the service was also outstanding. I would 100 percent recommend coming here if you need your hair braided

Terrible experience with firstly a weave put in sooooo badly, a five year old could of done better but worse a box dye was put on with no patch test, and dye was not covering whole head, the braids were beautiful but my daughter had a terrible allergic reaction causing severe pain, rash all over scalp from a box dye, then the braids were so tight caused her whole head to bleed.
Not even in a week.
Ended up in A&E to be told any longer her scalp would be covered in infection.
Over £250 just down the drain and now her hair is just falling out in clumps, she’s absolutely devastated.
The owner was a lovely lady, the salon was beautiful and clean but the work was appalling
Wouldn’t ever step foot on their again nor recommend

I cannot recommend Vanessa and Aisha enough to my friends as she has done my hair over the years and yesterday she did my holiday cornrows as an emergency and already l feel beautiful for my upcoming holiday . Mimi hair lounge is clean and the atmosphere makes you welcome, l even bought some jumpsuits from their clothing section for the holiday.

The staff are good listeners ,desired my style as narrated to them .
Before I left the salon ,I was asked if I was happy with my style or not .
I was given a week to come back to fix any problem that would occur later about my style for free without any charges .
Certainly that's going for an extra mile .
Very devotated ,clean atmosphere, selfless ,sensitive, caring people .
I couldn't do what they do really.
