My partner came to Avanti back in 2022 to have a bespoke surprise engagement ring made for me by Joanne, so it was no surprises that we returned to have our wedding rings made. Jo had to also make me a bespoke wedding ring to fit alongside my engagement ring and she nailed the brief. They both complement each other beautifully. The staff are always friendly and the jewellery is of the highest quality. I always get so many compliments on the uniqueness of both my engagement and wedding ring. We will definitely be returning, thanks again Jo and to the rest of the team for making us feel so welcomed, first class service xx

I have gone in to enquire for a ring design with Avanti today and the service off the bat was incredible. sat down, offered a drink and needs met with, knowledgeable, lovely, welcoming staff. the process was explained clearly and I'm excited to see what comes next.

I also bought a watch strap which was fitted to my preference within minutes. thank you Sam for the great service today.

I was delighted to discover Avanti made hingefit rings as normal rings would not fit my fingers due to arthritis. I made an appointment to have my finger measured and was seen by Dawn, who was an absolute delight. She understood my problem and was so professional but also such a lovely lady. Jo, the lady who was to make my rings also showed me how hingefit works and I promptly ordered two rings. I made an appointment for six weeks later to pick up my rings and before that date Jo emailed to say that the order was on track. I returned on the appointment date to pick up my made to measure rings and again saw Dawn. To say I was overjoyed is an understatement! After fitting the rings Dawn called Jo to come and see them on my finger. Jo showed me the easiest way to fit and remove the rings. Jo could also see how delighted I was. For anyone with arthritic fingers that cannot wear normal rings, I wholeheartedly recommend Avanti Jewellers especially Dawn and Jo, and their hingefit rings and even though the shop is over 2.5 hours travel from my home , I will definitely be returning

I feel I was given a fair price for some jewellery I wanted to trade in against a new ring. With the help & advice of Dawn I found a lovely ring, which I am already enjoying wearing. Dawn is a lovely member of staff as all of the staff I have encountered on my visits. Everyone is so helpful & make the visits to Avanti a joy. Avanti is truly a gem in the town of Ashbourne!

Visited Avanti Jewellers in Ashbourne a couple of days ago. Amazing, friendly ladies who give advice but are not pushing for a quick sale. We always try to shop local and this jewellers have been in the area for a long time. Have purchased many items over the years. Avanti Jewellers was recommended to me, by a friend. A 3 hour round trip proved to be the most worthwhile and fabulous experience, from start to finish.
With the expertise and extremely efficient help of Jo, (Head of Bespoke Jewellery) Zoe (Design) and Phil (Goldsmith) they help me transform an old pendant that was of sentimental value, but sadly never worn, into the most stunning diamond piece.
Nothing was too much trouble. We made a few adjustments to the design along the way and the communication throughout this process, was second to none.
I cannot recommend the team here, highly enough.
Alan, the owner, even popped out to get a bottle of Baileys so that I could have a Festive Coffee…. How about that for a personal service?!
Huge thanks to all involved…. I couldn’t have wished for a better Christmas present!
