I have struggled with hair loss for YEARS and have always worn halo hair extensions as I thought these would do the least damage to my hair. I was quite nervous to try a new permanent method of hair extensions as I didn't want my natural hair to get worse.

I can honestly say that my natural hair has never been better since seeing Naomi. I took her advice and starting taking Glowwa supplements and for the first time in about 5 years, my hair no longer falls out in the shower. The method extensions Naomi chose for me are amazing, so light weight and it feels like I have nothing in.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while now. I went to Naomi for extensions back in October 2024. Based on her social media I thought she had the experience and knowledge. After my consultation she told me that a full head of Nano rings was best because I have thick hair, even though she did have to cut into my natural hair quite a bit - which she did tell me beforehand. After 6 hours or so in the chair the hair she attached just wasn’t enough plus she cut my fringe slanted. This cost me £600. I wasnt a happy client and in the end after 2 hours of her trying to fix it I asked her to remove the extensions and she only gave me £100 back. My hair is still not how it used to be before she touched it. I wouldn’t recommend. After all of this, I spoke to other local hair extensions specialists and each one told me that for thick hair a weave with nanos is best because a head full of nanos wouldn’t have enough hair. And they were right! Gutted I didn’t get a second opinion before booking in with Naomi.
