Very poor dry cleaning. Gave them my jumper which has never been washed before as it is brand new, and it was returned coarse to the touch, bobbled and still with stains! They do not know how to do proper dry-cleaning. Won't use service again.

Very poor workmanship on alterations to two dresses. A patterned dress was shortened so that the pattern is misaligned and the seams are skewed. A silk dress which had an invisible hem is now crudely stitched and looks a mess. Both dresses unwearable. Refused to pay and asked for compensation for loss of my dresses.
