Went with Toby and his team to help to sell our property having been on the market few years prior with other agents. The statistics Toby presented us regarding estate agents and their completion rates was very informative. As promised, Toby did not hesitate to get hands on throughout the whole process, from helping to arrange our flat for the photos (with 2 small children) to chasing down some very difficult solicitors. The viewing and offer process was fairly straight forward this time, but Toby really helped to get us past the finish line, which took a lot of work! Thank you and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! One of the best agents I have encountered. Wish i’d listed with Toby and the team before going onto Purplebricks. Toby really impressed me with his local knowledge, property understanding and genuine approach. We then worked with Tom on the finer details around the sale who was equally brilliant. Urban Patchwork offer a really personal approach. It is SO stressful selling and buying a house. We came to Urban Patchwork quite jaded after another purchase fell through with 1 hour to go until exchange (with significant costs run up). Tom was so diligent in pushing things along, we would not have completed without him. Arriving at our new house feels like going on holiday every day! We love this area and can't wait to get established here. If we ever move, I will be getting in touch with Tom to help us sell.
